An Introduction of Korean Nationality
With a population of 1,923,800, Korean live in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture and in the provinces of Jilin, Heilongjiang and Liaoning. They have their own language and writing. Korean people engaged in agriculture and are expert in rice cultivation. Their economy and culture are well developed. Their houses are wood-brick structured. They sleep on heated brick bed. They used to make preserved vegetables and prefer the hot taste. Korean people are excellent singers and dancers. Korean women like to play with the springboard and the swing. The 15th of the first lunar month and the Elderly Festival are most celebrated festival. Korean people believe in Christianity and Confucius.
