  An Introduction to Lisu Nationality
    With a population of 634,900, Lisu live in the Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province and other places. Lisu engage in highland agriculture and hunting. Their language belongs to the Yi branch of the Tibetan-Burmese group of the Chinese-Tibetan language family. Knife-shaft Festival is the most celebrated and people believe in the nature worship, Christianity or Catholicism.
