  An Introduction to Kazak Nationality
    With a population of 1,250,500, Kazak live in the Yili-Kazak Autonomous Prefecture in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Kazak engaged animal husbandry. The Kazak language belongs to the Turkic group of the Altaic language family. The writing language is preserved. Kazak people are good at singing and dancing. Id al-fitr (Fast-breaking), Corban and mawlid al-Nabi are most celebrated festivals. Kazak people believe in Islam.
